I select the best raw materials to give each instrument the finest possible sound, feel, and appearance. I pay strict attention to every detail – both inside and outside. No two are exactly alike because I hand carve each using a variety of exotic wood species.

The top plays the most critical part in the sound production of the violin. I use select spruce tonewood on all of my current violins. Good looks and playability aren’t enough, it has to sing!
